The Billington Group entered the UK Foodservice sector in 2012, initially with the acquisition of BAR Foods and more recently in 2016 with Dunkleys. Both are well established, highly respected businesses. As part of the Groups commitment to remaining competitive within the industry and to provide better commercial clarity to our customers we have decided to combine both companies into one single entity.

To this end Billington Foodservice Ltd will be established on the 1st September 2018.

Our ways of working and customer interaction over the last two years has increasingly meant our customers view our foodservice businesses as one team. The natural next step is one unified customer focused approach across multi sites providing clarity, consistency and one voice to our employees, industry peers and customers.

Billington Foodservice, will have two sites, The Bakery at Wellingborough and The Kitchen at Newport providing Menu solutions for our customers through our key categories of Soups, Sauces, Pies, Meals and Desserts. TSC Foods will continue to support the foodservice business with Chilled Sauces, Soups and Deli Items.

The new business will be led by Paul Richards as MD, Helen Blyth as Sales Director and fully supported by Aisling Kemp, Group Commercial and Development Director and David Wilkinson as Business Development Director.
