The EMERGE Leadership Development Programme officially launched this week at The Billington Barn & Kitchen, bringing together colleagues from across the Group to begin an exciting two-year journey of growth and development.
Designed to reflect our company purpose, “Growing for the Future”, EMERGE is focused on developing the next generation of leaders by equipping them with the skills, confidence and mindset needed to succeed in an evolving business environment.
Participants on the programme represent EPC, Carr’s Billington, Billington Foods, Criddle, Smellies and The Billington Group, reflecting the strength and diversity of talent across the Group.
Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders
The programme focuses on:
- Developing leaders who can think strategically, collaborate effectively and lead through change
- Building capability through practical challenges, teamwork and personal development
- Encouraging long-term growth through reflection, learning and real-world application
The launch session marked the first opportunity for the group to come together, offering an energising introduction to the programme and a preview of the experiences and challenges they will undertake over the next two years.
