As part of our Growing for the Future sustainability journey, The Billington Group continues to support industry collaboration focused on reducing food waste and improving sustainability across the food supply chain.
Colleagues from English Provender Company (EPC), part of The Billington Group, have recently contributed to wider industry discussions alongside WRAP and The Chancery Lane Project around strengthening food waste management, food waste reporting and supply chain sustainability practices.
The updated framework aims to help food manufacturers and food businesses improve how food waste is measured, managed and reduced across operations and supply chains, helping to drive greater transparency, accountability and sustainability across the sector.
